Enlightened Kids is the School Department of AMV photography Inc., a locally owned and operated fine art portrait studio.

Enlightened Kids provides three different portrait services on you child's 'photo day!'

The first is a group portrait of your child with his/her friends and teachers. This is the best documentation of your child's early school years.

Our second service is your child's traditional individual portrait. This portrait is captured in the natural setting of your school's outdoor play area.

Finally, unique to AMV photography, are close-up and candid images. We hold School photography to our fine art standards. These images are creative, artistic, expressive and capture the true essence of your child.

Other Information...

Clothing: Clothing is an important element in any portrait. We recommend solid colors. Please avoid stripes, patterns or writing on your child's clothing.

Weather: Enlightened Kids portraits are captured outside. Each school is booked with a rain plan. Plans depend upon schools needs and desires. Some plans are for a rain site, such as a beautiful front porch or having us provide a shelter (canopy tent) to photograph under. Many schools are booked with specific rain dates. Additional raindates available to all schools are worked into our schedule in case they are needed.

Siblings: Enlightened Kids is pleased to offer sibling photography. Please sign up in advance with your school for this service. Sibling images are available for online purchase only.

Join us for a free sitting for your child's traditional pose, close-up and candid images, and sibling photographs. Sittings are first come, first served. Sign in when you arrive and join us on the playground for candid images while you wait for your sitting. All images can be ordered online. Images will be available online within 24 hours of photography and if you order online within two weeks, receive 25% off your print order. This one is children only.... no family photos please!
